Product Overview
The GPT Series Data Acquisition Glove is developed for customers who need real-time collection of hand-related sensing data for research, testing, and system integration.
The system combines flexible piezoresistive sensing technology with bend sensing and motion tracking modules, allowing it to capture multiple dimensions of hand movement at the same time. It is suitable for applications where both pressure information and motion information are important.
Each finger is equipped with a flexible pressure sensing module and a bend sensor, while the glove system also integrates a 9-axis IMU for overall motion and posture tracking. The collected data can be transmitted to a PC for monitoring, analysis, and further software development.
This solution is especially suitable for robotic teleoperation, dexterous hand research, motion mapping, and other advanced human-machine interaction projects.
Key Value

Pressure Sensing
Capture fingertip force and contact data.
Bend Detection
Monitor finger movement and gesture changes.
Motion Tracking
Acquire hand posture and dynamic motion information.
AGE 3 | SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
System Architecture
The GPT glove is built on a multi-channel sensing architecture designed for synchronized acquisition of pressure, bend, and motion data.
Each finger includes:
• A flexible FSR sensing unit for pressure detection
• A bend sensor for finger motion monitoring
• A local signal path connected to the main control system
The main glove system includes:
• MCU for signal acquisition and processing
• HUB structure for internal connection management
• 9-axis IMU for posture and motion tracking
• Power module for system operation
• USB-to-TTL connection for PC communication
The system sends the collected data to the upper computer in real time, making it convenient for algorithm development, data visualization, control logic validation, and software integration.

Architecture Description
Flexible pressure data from each finger and analog signals from bend sensors are collected by the MCU. At the same time, the integrated 9-axis IMU provides motion and posture information. All data is managed within the HUB architecture and transmitted to the PC through a USB-to-TTL module for real-time interaction.
Integrated sensing structure for real-time acquisition of fingertip pressure, finger bending, and hand motion data.
